Convert iPhone Notes To A PDF
Let’s start with an Apple Notes PDF export on an iPhone.
1. First things first, you’re going to want to launch the Notes app from your phone.
2. Then, choose the note you want to convert to a PDF.
3. Click the icon in the upper right-hand corner with the three dots.
4. A window will pop up near the bottom of your screen. Choose Send A Copy from the available options.
4. On the next screen, select the Markup option. You will see a pen tip icon to the right.
5. You won’t actually be marking anything up. So, ignore the options that pop up at the bottom of your screen. Just hit Done in the upper left-hand corner.
6. The next screen will give you three options. Click Save File To. It’s the topmost item you can choose.
7. Decide where you want to save your new PDF, and hit Save.
Find Your New PDF File
Your new PDF is now easy to find and share, and you didn’t even have to leave your phone.
1. Find and open your iPhone files.
2. You should see your file listed in the folder where you decided to save it.
Export Apple Notes To PDF On iPad
The process of converting Apple Notes to PDF is very similar on iPhone and iPad. So, this should all look very familiar if you already know how to do it that way.
1. First things first, you’re going to want to launch the Notes app from your iPad.
2. Then, choose the note you want to convert to a PDF.
3. Click the icon in the top right-hand corner with the three dots.
4. A window will pop up on the right-hand side of your screen. Choose Send A Copy from the available options.
5. On the next pop-up menu, select the Markup option. You will see a pen tip icon to the right of this selection.

Convert Apple Notes On Your Mac To PDF
Converting information saved in the Apples Notes app to a PDF is even easier on your Mac desktop.
1. Launch the Notes app from your Desktop. You can also launch it from your Launchpad, or the Applications menu (Finder > Go > Applications).
2. Choose the note you want to convert into a PDF.
3. Choose Export as PDF from the File menu.
4. Type in a new name if desired and choose a location to save your PDF. Then, hit save.
