14 Apps Similar to Lucktastic

This is a screen showcasing the Lusktastic app installation page.

If you are like me and enjoy apps that allow you to win prizes, whether that be in the form of money or otherwise, then you are probably wondering what other alternatives there are to Lucktastic, and believe it or not, there are plenty of other options.

Lucktastic is an application that allows you to gain rewards and win prizes, it was developed and published by Jump Ramp Games. Unfortunately, it is not available in all regions. Alternatives include: “Lucky Day”, “Lucky Dollar”, and “Spin for Cash!”.

Now we know that there are alternatives available to us, but which ones are really worth looking at? There is a vast number to sift through, many of which promise to be legitimate but are merely there to make money off of your watching adverts. If you would like to see a list of potentially viable options, be sure to read on.

Lucky Day

This is a screenshot of the Lucky Day app homepage.

Lucky Day is an app that offers the user daily scratch cards, a lotto draw, as well as exciting raffles for money, which you can enter tickets into. Lucky Day claims to have been downloaded more than 40 million times since they first started.

There is also a new feature in the app that allows you to compete against either rivals or friends in what is known as the Trophy Royale. You gain trophies by participating in the game in various ways and the aim is to see if you can be the one with the most trophies at the end of each day.

The game is free to play but does have some available in-app purchases. As they claim, “the only thing you have to lose is the time you could have been playing!”

Lucky Dollar

This is a screenshot of the Lucky Dollar app homepage.

Lucky Dollar – Scratch Off Win Real Money Games, is an app where you can win real money and gift cards as well as various prizes. It is completely free to play and all you have to do is scratch cards to hopefully win money.

There is also a lottery scratcher and if you are lucky enough you may hit one of the jackpots and win money up to the value of $10,000. There are also daily giveaways of $10 and weekly giveaways of $100.

Be sure to follow their social media pages to spot additional giveaways and promotions that they have running. So on top of the scratch cards, there are raffles, sweepstakes, and giveaways. They also say that their premium scratch card offers you a 1 to 1,000 chance of winning $1,000.

Spin For Cash

This is the installation page screenshot for the app Spin for Cash.

Spin for Cash!-Real Money Slots Game & Risk Free, is an app that is free to play and as stated is risk-free to the user. It is unlike many other slot games where you need to pay in to be able to play.

The layout is user-friendly and it has the feel of nicely styled slots, which as they say have a “classic taste”. As mentioned before there are no purchases needed from the user, and yet you can still win real money.

One downside though is that you can only cash out after winning either 10,000,000 coins or $100. Some users have stated that they find it easy to reach all the way up to $90 and then the game slows in terms of the winnings it gives you, making it difficult to win the $100. However, we cannot confirm whether it does not pay out.

One thing to note though and which is something to be aware of (we suggest reading the fine print for all apps listed here, is that you have to be an American citizen to be able to receive a payout).

Lucky Money

This is a screenshot of the homepage for the app Lucky Money.

Lucky Money – Feel Great & Make It Rain, is another free-to-play app where you collect coins and tokens in order to ultimately either cash out or redeem for gift cards. There is also a lottery and raffles which you can enter.

It is a simple and fun-to-play experience, however, like many of these free-to-play apps, you will have to endure a vast number of adverts during gameplay. This is understandable though as this is the only manner of income for the app developers.

Like some of the other apps on this list though, you do need to reach a $100 minimum before you are able to cash out and at times this can be frustrating as you never know how long it will take you to reach that goal.

One great aspect of the game though, is that it would appear that although you do have to wait for new scratch cards to load, you get given quite a few more than in other apps and all you have to do is simply watch adverts in order to unlock new ones.

App Flame

This is a screenshot for the installation page of the App Flame app.

App Flame – Play Games Earn Money, is a slightly different type of app in that instead of scratch cards or lotteries, it is an app where you are required to give your age and gender and then you are given game suggestions which you play in order to win gift cards.

The app tracks the amount of time you spend playing the various games, which give you differing levels of return per minute spent playing them, and then it rewards you in return.

The great thing about this app is that there are no in-app purchases, you do not need to deposit any money in order to get started and there is no advertising that you need to watch. You simply play the games and earn. The coins can then be redeemed as gift cards or you can even get the money transferred to your PayPal account.

Fitplay

This is a screenshot of the installation page of Fitplay App.

Fitplay: Apps & Rewards – Make money playing games, is an app very similar to App Flame. Once again we found ourselves an app that rewards you for playing featured games.

It must be noted though that the time taken to achieve the payout is rather substantial and you do not receive huge sums of money in return for your time. If you do enjoy playing mobile games though and would like to have the added benefit of earning something on top of that, then this app will suit you quite nicely.

There are a few options of games which you can choose from and then each minute you spend playing the game, you earn coins, these coins, once accumulated, then translate into coupons (Amazon, Starbucks, Playstore and others) or monetary rewards, payable to your PayPal account.

CASH QUIZZ REWARDS

This is a screenshot of the installation page of CASH QUIZZ REWARDS app.

Cash Quizz Rewards: Trivia Game, Free Gift Cards is a free play, a quiz game that is available on Android. If you are a loyal player and play long enough then you will be eligible to earn loyalty points which you can redeem for actual rewards such as gift cards.

It is a trivia-style game and if your trivia knowledge is good then you stand to win daily. In the game, you answer questions on a variety of topics and from various categories, such as sports, history, movies, science, and much more.

You need to answer enough questions correctly in as short a period as possible so that you are able to earn points. If your points are high enough then you will be listed among the winners. When you participate, you will earn loyalty points which in-game are known as Coins, these can then be redeemed for actual rewards.

Mobee

This is a screenshot of the homepage for the app Mobee.

Mobee – Secret Shopping App, is an app where you are rewarded by giving feedback on things that you like. The app was developed by Mobee Labs and is different from some of the other apps on this list as it requires you to answer questions about your experience of various shops and restaurants.

To earn you need to complete missions and like others on this list, it is unfortunately only available to the American market at the moment. What you need to do to start is to open up the app and select a business on the map. You then need to answer simple questions regarding your eating and shopping experiences.

This will then lead to you being able to earn points which you can then redeem for rewards. The most popular kinds of rewards among users are Amazon, Starbucks, and Target gift cards.

Brain Battle

This is a screenshot of the Brain Battle app installation page.

Brain Battle – Make Money, is an incredibly addictive way to make money whilst you play games. The games are free to play and there is a vast array to pick from. All you need to do is play the games and then collect tickets to be entered into the frequent cash prize draw.

The higher the number of tickets you have the greater your chances of being a winner are. All you need to do once you have been entered is to check back in once the draw has been done to see whether you are one of the lucky winners.

The winnings are all paid through PayPal and the best thing is that this app is completely free to use and it is available for play anywhere in the world and can be used on Android and iOS platforms. All you need to do in order to get started is to sign up using your Facebook account, or you can make use of a verified email.

Gold Fever

This is a screenshot of the Gold Fever app installation page.

Gold Fever – Make Money, is another free-to-use mobile app that gives you the chance to make money online, simply by using your cell phone. It is quick and easy to get started and working your way through the app is nice and simple.

To get started, all you need to do is sign up with a verified email address and you are ready to get going. There are arrays of things that can be done on this app in order to speed up the rate at which you earn.

The basic premise of the app though is that you hire minors to gain coins for you. You can then boost their work rate by watching video ads and all of this gold that you mine can then be exchanged for real money.

Other ways that you can earn is by downloading partner applications and games and playing them. Also inviting friends to join those already using Gold Fever, earns you extra coins. Additionally, there are also surveys and contests that you can take part in.

Gigwalk

This is a screenshot of the Gigwalk homepage app.

Gigwalk is another free application for mobile users and is interesting in that it allows people to complete gigs or jobs for a variety of leading organizations. All you need to do is find a gig near you, complete the task, and then you are paid for your efforts.

To become a Gigwalker all you need to do is download the app, then sign up with a verified email address, additionally, you will be required to submit other information about yourself and from there you can begin your journey of completing tasks.

There are apparently a vast number of projects that are available to users at any given time and one thing to note though is that the tasks need to be completed in a given time frame. The app will help you to be matched with jobs that require your skillset and if you are willing to put in the time and effort, you could be earning soon.

Dice Kings

This is the screenshot of the installation page of the Dice Kings app.

Dice Kings is free to download and play; however, there are also in-app purchases available. You can enter daily competitions, where you roll and hope to gain doubles and break the “super crown” to climb the ladder and hopefully win.

The ultimate goal is to grow your jackpot, and you do this by attacking the Dice King. You then also need to accumulate energy so that you can charge your ATM and have a chance of winning.

Dice Kings is an application that was also borne out of Lucky Day Entertainment, which brought us Lucky Day, which although not many people have won from, there have still been reports of actual wins, which is different from many other games and apps available nowadays. So let’s hope the chance of winning is there.

Zap Surveys

This is a screenshot for the homepage of Zap Surveys app.

Zap Surveys – Earn Money and Gift Cards, is a free-to-use app, however, it does contain advertisements. They claim to offer you guaranteed surveys each and every day, which tell you how much you will be earning, even before you even start taking the survey.

Another bonus to this app is that unlike many of its counterparts where only you receive a payout, with Zap Surveys, every time you take a survey, you also earn money for charity.

Now one downside to the app is that it has location-based surveys, meaning that depending on where you live, you may be eligible to complete more or fewer surveys. So in some countries and regions, you may have a vast number of surveys available, while elsewhere you may have access to none.

A great plus for this app, which is also different from many others available, is that you can withdraw your money at any time.

Current

This is a screenshot of the Current app installation page.

Current is an application which allows you to earn money, by playing games and listening to music. This is a great option for people who like to listen to music while doing their daily tasks, as it requires you to do nothing out of the ordinary in your daily schedule.

It does take some time to rake up enough to earn real cash, but if you are patient then it will pay off. It is not going to make you large sums of money, but it is a great option if you are looking for a bit of extra money on the side.

This is an interesting model, but not one that we have not seen before, however, it would seem that Current is reliable when it comes to payouts. All you have to do is select from over 100,000 radio stations and tune in. Additionally, there are also plenty of games from top game developers who want you to play their games.

Conclusion

There are a number of available options out there for us to choose from, however, some of them are only available for people living in certain locales. Another thing to consider when looking at money-making applications is that many will promise to payout, but when it comes time to make a withdrawal, you are unable to.

So just be wary of which apps you invest your time into and be sure that you are not taking time away from your actual job or career in the hope of merely making a few extra dollars on the side.

There are many ways nowadays to make money online, such as teaching English as a foreign language, blogging, taking surveys, selling photographs, vlogging, being a transcriber, and many other options. So although money-making apps seem appealing, just be sure that they are viable options to actually bring in that extra money you are looking for.
